My friend got certified in js and data structures, but after some time his account “disappeared” for no reason. How to restore his account and what could be the reason? p.s. I have attached a screenshot of his certificate.
what do you mean with “disappeared”? can you add more details?
- can’t login with his creds(site says no such user)
- there is a link in certificate which directs to the user account. This link returns 404
the freecodecamp account is identified through email address, your friend should try to check if logging in with a different email address works
What about the second point? If the user exists why i can’t see his certificate in freecodecamp?
the username could have been changed for example. But if the account hasn’t been manually deleted it is still there somewhere
