I’m having trouble trying to figure out why my code (below) doesn’t work. for the counting cards challenge. Can anyone help explain ?

what should this do?

this does nothing

this is your function output

count++ + “Bet”;

should increment count and return the new value + the string “Bet”

it increments alright, but it doesn’t return anything. Also, do you want to determine the string to return based on the card? shouldn’t it be based on the value of count?
