There should be a confirmation message when the project was submitted. There are no email notifications.

Log on to https://www.freecodecamp.org/ and select "Profile" in the dropdown box from the "Menu" at the top right of the page.

You may need to make sure "My Certifications" and "My Timeline" are both set to "Public" in "Settings"
