Full stack development study guide

I want to be a freelance full stack developer but to since my exposure to website development I’ve came across several technologies(languages, library and frameworks) and I don’t which to learn. Could you please suggest a full stack website development study roadmap?

A good basic route:

  • HTML
  • CSS
  • JavaScript
    • React
    • Node.js (Express as a Framework)
  • SQL and NoSQL for databases

The freeCodeCamp curriculum is a great guide. Get the full-stack certification and you’ll be well on your way to becoming a working developer.

Many thanks, I’ll see to it.
Another question - PHP or Node.js, which is better.

Which is better is entirely up to the programmer. There are plenty of opportunities for developers who are proficient with either. Pick the one that suits you.

In my view, a full stack website development study roadmap is as follows:
Html > CSS > Javascript > Jquery > Bootstrap > Php/nodejs and Mysql.

Which JS framework do you recommend for front end dev?

Depends on your goals:

  • job now: ReactJS
  • easier to learn: VueJS
