Functional Programming - Use the reduce Method to Analyze Data

Tell us what’s happening:
My code return the average of 8.52 and not 8.675 as indicated in the direction. I manually calculated the average twice. Any idea why?

Hi tkhuu79.

If you look at the watchList array:

  • Out of 5 movies, how many movies having Director : Christopher Nolan ? I only found 4.

  • Do you use if-else operation to check this?

  • reduce() is very powerful. You can add your if-else operation inside it!

I also have my hardtime learning it. Make sure you understand well the Two examples in the instruction by trying them out.
