Give the same name attribute to the radio button

You have to fix your quotation marks. You have to make sure you’re using "" . From what I see, you’re using as the opening quotation which makes it different on how you used " as the closing quotation. It has to be "" only.

I may have explained too much but I hope you do get the point.
