I am applying for a scholarship for training in computer graphics. do you think it’s ok to talk about my background in web design in my application? Since I haven’t had a certificate yet, is it possible to add a link to my freeCodeCamp profile so that the examiner can see my progress?

I think that sharing your training on freeCodeCamp is showing initiative on your part. It shows a legitimate interest in the field.
I am not sure about if there is a link to allow others to view your profile.
