Gutters and columns

I might be wrong but I see Gutters and columns when I’m looking at material design.

You create gutters manually, right? Like with margins and padding.

And with materials designs or anything, the columns of design are implied but aren’t really there, right? You’ve got to design around the concept, right? Since you can’t predict screen size especially, right?

yes u can create them manualy
they are there
html is the fench csc is the paint
yes u can design everything the way u want
u can predict the screen size u can find a variouse of screensize of them onto wikipedia
