Hey Kevin, you don’t have an id of banner there.

Check with the chrome dev tools (left click + inspect) or any other web dev tool. You should be able to find what you’re looking for.

Kevin, often with Wordpress themes, header colors can be set in a theme options area.

I would look in Appearance > Customize to see if the header colors can be set there. I suggest starting there because it can be very frustrating when theme settings override your CSS. Remembering to check here may save you some frustration down the line.

In your css, the lines to check out are 1559-1567. Changing the values here should fix your issue. This is what you are looking for if those lines don’t match up in your editor:

.site-header.has-video {
	background-color: transparent;
}
.site-header.header-scrolled {
	background-color: rgba(32, 37, 41, 0.9);
	padding: 5px 0;
	border-bottom: 1px solid transparent;
