Habing Trouble Finding What I Need for Certification

I know that I need to accept the honesty policy on my profile before I can get my first certification, but I don’t see that honesty policy anywhere on my profile. Where should I be looking for it?

It should be on the Settings page.

Also, when you first submit a certificate project I think it asks you to do so as well and gives you the option (don’t really remember).
