Having a hard time understanding what to do, trying to make the text cat photos a link

This challenge wants you to take the entire anchor element on the second line and replace the phrase cat photos on the first line with that entire anchor element.

Thank you for the response, I figured it out. I think I was just overthinking the directions. Basically it came down to me just copying the bottom line a pasting it in the top line then deleting the bottom line.
