Just wrap the img <img…> element into an < a > element with the atribute and values as they mention in the description, your code should look like this:

 <a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com">
      <img src="https://cdn.freecodecamp.org/curriculum/cat-photo-app/relaxing-cat.jpg" alt="A cute orange cat lying on its back.">
      </a>
