Help, account accessibility problem

So I have an account on free code camp but every time I try to access it to start learning, it is supposed to send a code to my email and it never does

I tried on the app and the website still doesn’t work

I don’t know if it was because I tried once to access my account on the application on two different phones, both phones are mine

I need my account, please

If you are unable to log in or keep getting “we cannot reach the server…” it may be that you have a duplicated account. To solve this issue you will need to write to support@freecodecamp.org.
