Hi there!!
I’ve completed my survey project. Hope you like the UI. I took the color scheme from color hunt.
Can you also suggest me to load the images when the webpage loads? so that the animation in the background doesn’t fluctuate. I know it’s possible with some javascript but haven’t started learning yet.

Great Job. It would look better if you made the width of the input elements to be the same.
