you are asked to

Create an a element that links to http://freecatphotoapp.com and has “cat photos” as its anchor text.

and you are given some html to edit that starts with these lines

You see how they left some blank lines between the <main> and the next tag <img... ?
This is a hint for you. The new code should go on one of those blank lines (for eg. just under <main>)

Ok, so please click the ‘reset’ button so the code is reset back to start and add your new a tag in the blank line provided.

To create a proper a tag, you will need something like this
