Challenge: Add Images to Your Website

Link to the challenge:
https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/responsive-web-design/basic-html-and-html5/add-images-to-your-website

Your URL is not quite right; it should be secure http.
There’s no need to put your <img> tag across two lines.

Hi,
You are putting the img tag out of the main tag while the challenge is asking you to put it within it.

Read the question carefully. Most important thing in practice is to understand the question. Read the question and if you understand the question better, answer is there. Good Job. just put the img tag on the right place where it is asked.
Cheers! Welcome!

The instructions are to place the img after the main element. However, the img tag can be placed inside or outside the main block to pass the test. The problem is with the URL.

It doesn’t matter as the URL is wrong. With the correct URL, the code passes regardless of the image being inside or outside the main block. This passes the test.

This passes as well.

Sure the instructions can mean both but i tried solving the challenge in both ways and the one that worked is when putting the img tag within main tag not after it.

Yeah. In the end we find our own ways fo doing things that work equally well.
