Help - Learn Git by Building an SQL Reference Object

Hi! I need help with a step from “Learn Git by Building an SQL Reference Object,” part of the Relational Database roadmap (https://www.freecodecamp.org/learn/relational-database). I got stuck on the part “It looks good. Add the changes to staging,” where I should simply stage the sql_reference.json file… but it’s not working. I got the error message “You should add the correct file to staging.” Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong?

Can you remove it from staging and click reset on the step then try again?

Question, were you supposed to be in the specific directory (did they ask you to go there)?

I did everything again from the beginning and it worked. Thank you for your attention. :slight_smile:
