HELP **Nesting for Loops Problem** HELP

I need help debugging my code. Its passing multiplyAll([1], [2], [3]);
but not multiplyAll([[1,2],[3,4],[5,6,7]]);
Maybe I just need another pair of eyes to review what I have.
Anybody see anything wrong?
