HELP - Shipping Rate Calculator

I am trying to add a shipping rate calculator to my website - like the below site.

I would like to show a range of different carriers like… Royal Mail, FedEx, UPS, DHL

I have been searching the internet for hours and have not got very far

If anyone has any tips, it would be much appreciated.

Sorry, I don’t have any code at all. I am using Squarespace to build my site and wanted to integrate it somehow. I am not sure where to start.
