Tell us what’s happening:

  $(document).ready(function() {
    $("#target1").css("color", "red");
    $("#target1").prop("disabled", true);

<!-- Only change code above this line. -->

<div class="container-fluid">
  <h3 class="text-primary text-center">jQuery Playground</h3>
  <div class="row">
    <div class="col-xs-6">
      <div class="well" id="left-well">
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target1">#target1</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target2">#target2</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target3">#target3</button>
    <div class="col-xs-6">
      <div class="well" id="right-well">
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target4">#target4</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target5">#target5</button>
        <button class="btn btn-default target" id="target6">#target6</button>

Link to the challenge:

The first line in the above code you wrote appends the button with id=“target2” to the div with id=“left-well”. It was already in the div with id=“left-well”, so nothing happened.

On the second line you attempt to use a method called “inside” on the button with id=“target2”. I do not know why you are trying to use “inside”, because no where in the challenge instructions does it mention such a method and also, there is no mention of such a method name in the entire jQuery library documentation.

The challenge asks you to move the button with id=“target2” to the div with id=“right-well”. Try again and let us know what you try.
