I see two problems.

First, you somehow lost the opening quote for the url in the src.

Secondly, at least what you have here, you have smart or angled quote () but in coding we use dumb or straight quotes, ("). The dumb quotes are the ones you get from the keyboard. But sometimes if you copy and paste, especially to a word processor, they will get changed. It’s possible they were correct in the original but got changed at some point.
