Help with Anchor tags in code.pen

I just finished the responsive web design course and I am practicing to be sure I have HTML and CSS down before moving on to JS, that said on this practice page my anchor tags are not producing clickable internal links. Any Ideas? I have tried commenting out the css and the other list items, as well as putting another anchor in other parts of the page. Thanks in advance for the assistance :slight_smile: !!
