Heroku CLI installation problem

Hi, I am trying to install the Heroku CLI on Windows 10, I tried both the 32-bit and the 64-bit version, but after launching the .exe installation file, a popup shows up that for my security it blocked the app and that there is and an unknown publisher. I currently don’t have any antivirus, except for the default Microsoft Defender, I tried turning it off, it didn’t help. On the official website there’s this:

Currently, the Windows installers may display a warning titled “Windows protected your PC”. To run the installation when this warning is shown, click “More info”, verify the publisher as “Heroku, Inc.”, then click the “Run anyway” button.

But I don’t see any more info in the popup.

Could somebody please help?

I did not experience any issue installing the Heroku CLI on Windows 10. However, I cannot remember if I had to specifically allow it through the firewall or not…

Typically, if Windows Defender has blocked an app, you can find it by navigating to the Virus and Threat Protection, clicking on Protection history

Then, select the recent action, and there should be dropdown allowing you to allow the app or not:
