You added a line break after the word cat in placeholder attribute of the input element. that is causing the problem. It should be all in one line. Also after the word URL in the placeholder attribute you have a dot. Please remove that too.
The test does not expect the input element to be changed. Only expects it to be enclosed within form tag.
