remembering all of the rules and stuff is really hard for a beginner, it there a simple .pdf I can just check and copy and paste while programming?

Second of all, what do you mean by rules and stuff? Can you be a lot more specific with it.
do you mean all the language features?
there is nothing as simple as you wish, but you can start familiarizing with a documentation website, like devdocs.io or the MDN Web Docs

Right, I meant the rules to write the elements of the code.
Like image, links, radio, checkpoint, font, classes, attributes…
