Site doesn’t let me click on Academic Honesty Policy
The button is saying that you have already agreed to the academic honesty policy, so that is not your issue. Have you completed all of the projects?

I’m having trouble redeeming my certification, I have completed all the responsive web design projects.
Yes, I have done all the projects but it keeps telling me that I haven’t completed all the necessary steps yet.
From that image it doesn’t look like you have completed the Tribute Page, Technical Documentation Page, Product Landing Page, and Personal Portfolio Website. All of those must be completed before you can apply for the RWD certification.
