Hi @ambss. Your a tag should have an anchor text of cat photos like;

<a href="https://freecatphotoapp.com"> cat photos</a>

What @nibble says is right , but we can also choose whether we want to open the anchor in the same page or a new page by setting the target attribute to blank like this:
<a href="#" target="_blank">
with this it will open in a new page and can literally be called an external anchor.
