How do I get into the HTML editor from the CSS editor?

Hey,
I’ve just started learning Bootstrap, but at the very first lesson, it’s telling me to write some HTML codes. But I’m at the css editor, I’m basically stuck. What do I do, where’s the HTML editor in that page?
