<body>
  <h1>CatPhotoApp</h1>
  <main>

Challenge: Step 6

Link to the challenge:

indent mean space so 2 sibiling elements are in same line like this:

<p></p>
<div></div>

but i want the <p> to be a child of <div>
so id right the child with space

<div>
  <p></p>
</div>

btw dont worry when youre working in Visual Studio Code editor this is automatically done … and MANY more will be auto filled and done specially when u learn Emmet shortcuts in VS code

Sorry i tried it but i still can’t get it right this is my first time trying this please can you be specific, where do i go from here to indent the h2 element, comment and p element exactly two spaces to indicate they are children of the main element.

ok Click on Restart step first thing.
when its restarted you will see it like this

  <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
  <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
  <p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>

just give each line space twice, put the mouse on the beginning of the line and tap space twice and your done

     <h2>Cat Photos</h2>
     <!-- TODO: Add link to cat photos -->
     <p>Click here to view more cat photos.</p>

I had the same issue, just add 6 spaces from the start of the line for the 2 children.

This worked for me
