Challenge: Introduction to HTML5 Elements

Link to the challenge:

Hello @Mountainwarrior35 ,

You need to understand the tag types. There are three types of tags in HTML.

1- Opening tags - starts with < then we add the name of the element that we want to create - lastly we’re putting > .

So , this is an opening p tag. → <p>

2- Closing tags look like this.–> </name of the element>

3- Self-closing tags.
For self closing tags you do not need to add a closing tag to the releted element.
Example: <img>

  • In this question you’re requested to nest your two p elements inside the
    <main> </main> tags.

  • Solution to your problem → Be sure that you’re opening and closing all of your tags correctly.

What this challenges simply needs you to do is you’re asked to create a new <p> tag and don’t forget to close your </p> tag and then you’re asked to nest your new <p> tag alongside with your existing <p> tag into your <main> tag and then close the </main> tag...If you can do that correctly you would pass the challenge..

Okay, thank you, I will try that!
