How do I know if my project is submitted

I just completed the Survey form project on Responsive Web Design Course. How do I submit it

if you pass all the tests you get a congratulation modal that has written on it “Submit”, so press submit and go forward. If it doesn’t appear check the tests, make sure you are passing all of them
