How Do I Link to External Pages with Anchor Elements

Hello I am trying to create a element that links to https://freecatphotoapp.com ** And has “cat photos” as it’s Anchor text. But I can not figure out what it is that I doing incorrectly. Will someone please assist me with this? Thank you in advance!

try removing the quote from the anchor text

"https://freecatphotoapp.com"

with quotes code read link like string and u dont need that

not that quote… quotes are needed around attribute values

the quote I meant is that the a text is cat photos" but it should be cat photos
