How do I set up react in a Spring boot project?

Hi,
I need to incorporate a form and then a layout with access to a few tags in a RESTController server.

I chance upon this tutorial but I can’t see any setup instruction

I hope some one can tell me is it easy to mix react in a REST Controller spring-boot project and let me have some references tutorials cos I am new to both.
