The target attribute needs to be in the next line up that starts with “Click here to view more”

Should be line 7 at Lesson 13.

i have the same problem, so we need to put <target=“_blank”> after the “Click here to view more” ?

target is an attribute of the <a> tag just like href is.
so
<a href="" target="">
set your values accordingly and follow up with proper closing tag in the right location
