How do I use CDN Link for my react app Markdown Previewer?

I can’t figure out how to use CDN link for my react app. I’m using VS code as my text editor not CodePen.

There is no HTML file.

In case you used the create-react-app to create your react application, it creates the index.html file in the public folder. you can add the CDN link there.
