You can run the tests locally as well (the page has to be served, you can use something like the Five server extension with VS Code).
FYI. If you can’t see the test script UI it usually means it is being blocked. Either by way of browser setting or some privacy/security extension. For example, third-party cookies must be enabled for the test to work.
