How to center and modify my drop down menu

Here is the Link to my project on Code Pen.

First question: my Text-decoration:none; is still making my drop down button turn blue.
The second question is how do I place the button in the center of my toolbar? I increased my padding but that doesn’t seem right and the button stretches across the toolbar.

  1. I would just tell it what color you want it to be:
.nav-content a:hover {
  text-decoration: underline;
  color: inherit;

Or a different color if you want. But be warned - these standards of UI are there for a reason. People expect them and it is one of the things that clues people that this is a clickable link. I’m not saying not to do it, but I’ve seen people that have taken it too far.

  1. What are you trying to do here exactly? What are you referring to by “button”? I can interpret that several different ways. Please let us know exactly what you are trying to do so we don’t spend too much time explaining paths you aren’t trying to take.
