I’ve just completed the above mentioned certificate but I don’t see an option to download the certificate

there isn’t a direct download option, that’s correct
you can use the print feature of your browser to print to PDF, if you want, I suggest maybe while logged out

The browser print option just print out the whole screen, including information about when the test was taken and exam environment etc. Not details about the certificate
you should go to the certification page, where you can see the certificate itself, not on the exam page, it would be at https://www.freecodecamp.org/certification/<your-username>/responsive-web-design-v9
make sure you have claimed the certification in the settings first
