Anchor text is the text that the user would click to go to a new webpage like this:

<a>Click Here</a>

You’ll want to remove the anchor tags you have as those aren’t actual tags and enter something like this:

<a href="www.google.com">Google</a>

You also only need 1 href so remove all of the the second href text you have.

You need to put the href inside the first tag. Then your text that is a clickable link, in this case cat photos (no “” needed). Then a closing tag as shown above.
