How to get this to work?

So, i’m trying to make a short quiz to help people decide what their next travel destination should be based off the answers the user selects.

But I haven’t started learning javascript yet so just wondering if anyone would know how to get my web page to provide a a country?

I like the design!

You should take javascript classes provided here in FCC. If you learn jQuery and/or React. You should figure out how to do it yourself. Cheers
