Java and Safari shouldn’t really have anything to do with each other?

i downloaded java oracle from the java website and for some reason it doesn’t run like java script that i already have not sure where is the problem.

Java and JavaScript are completely different things. Java will not work like JavaScript.

Download JDK, install, then confirm the installation in your terminal with $java --version?

You run java applications from the command line, not the browser.
