I want to make an official email address for one of my friends, can anyone help me on steps how to make it and which service provider is more reliable and widely used. If there is any free options that are trustworthy please let me know and I want it to end with .ca, thank you.

Do you have a domain name? Remember that every official mail id includes a domain name. It could be of your organization as well. As far as your query is concerned, .ca is a country code top level domain for Canada. You can search for the domain register over there and as per the forum policy we can’t put any brand name here. After registering for the domain name, create email accounts and share to your friend. That’s it!!
