How to signout from FCC without losing progress

Hi everyone!
I’m just finishing the 69 challenge of building a cat app in the first Responsive Web Desing Course.

Its really fun

But, when i want to signout from FCC, it says that i will lose my progress

How can i signout from FCC without losing progress?

The message is saying that if you sign out and continue to do the challenges then your progress will not count.

So long as you sign in when you do the challenge your progress will continue to count.
