How to start a design a system

Hi everyone!

I’d like to create a system that users can send specific photos from mobile phone and this photos should be stored and analyzed by an AI and return some value for the user. What kind of technologies/design system should I use?

I’m thinking in use react native or ionic on mobile and python on data processing, but i’m feeling a little lost about how to start design this system and the technologies i will have to learn and apply.

How strong are you in developing anything in React Native, Ionic, Python or creating any kind of AI application? If you have not created other projects in those language, you will need to invest a significatn amount of time in learning them first before attempting such a project.
