Here i have sidhu.jpg image on desktop of my computer and trying to upload it on tribute page.Please help me with this .I have tried few options but no luck.

I believe you must upload the image to the internet then use a link
If you already have your own domain you could upload your images there and link to them.
If you have a social media account, with some kind of blog, you could upload images in your posts, then right mouse click the image to get the link that way
I had the same issue, but opted to using image links from other websites for the time being.
After I finish freeCodeCamp curriculum I will purchase a domain for my portfolio.
