If you check on youtube, you will find many videos.
But, if you are learning, how about you starting on your own.
Break down the parts of the page.
Then think through each part and try to implement those parts. Keep googling and asking for help here if you get stuck.
So, don’t be scared and get started on your own from scratch.

In addition to the good advice from @aditya_p, here another tip that I do that really helps. When you are starting on a project it can be helpful to create a rough draft of the layout that you want before starting to code. Even a simple sketch in MS Paint will help you break your page down into manageable chunks.
