Hello, I wrote my HTML code for the Tech Documentation project in the HTML course. I had not yet styled the CSS to fix the nav bar to the left, as the project seemed to require. However, when I ran the test, it passed me and said i completed the project. I do not understand why. I had not added any CSS to place it on the left and in the preview it appeared on the bottom, not the left. Why would it pass me?
I just know that mine passed with several errors, which I corrected later.

I believe if no changes were made to it, the code is defaulted to the left.
Therefore, if the instructions only required the navbar to be on the left, the location on the left would not matter, as long as that requirement was met.
