Title: Responsive Web Design exam result still pending after 3 days

Hello,

I completed the Responsive Web Design exam about 3 days ago.
However, my result is still showing as “Pending” and I cannot see my certificate on my profile.

I have already contacted support, but the issue is still not resolved.

Has anyone experienced this problem before?
Could someone please help check what might be wrong?
