HTML dictionary/reference type books

Are there any books to download or in print which simply list the HTML codes for reference without talking about it or trying to teach you it. Just a simple list to refer to when you cant quite remember a particular code. Im new to this.

Better than a book would be devdocs, which will provide you with an almost intimidating amount of documentation. On the left, though, is a tree that you can keep open, scan, and search at will.

In general, you’ll want to avoid paper books as reference material. Just HTMl and CSS alone would be a huge volume, and searching through it would be ridiculous.

Edit: This cheat sheet may help as well.
