I don’t quite understand step 12 of html-css. I need some help

Challenge: Step 12

Link to the challenge:

“add a link to cat photos”, which is already there!! what is it about this seems to be confusing?

The english is a big wordy, but whats it saying is currently where you have the cat photos link is ugly… it would be nicer if instead of having a separate cat photos link, instead you just make the words ‘cat photos’ in the <p> tags into a link instead.

Can you remove your old cat photos link, and make the words ‘cat photos’ in the above into the link instead?
